Gatherings That Unite
Oct 25, 2026 • Pastor Jack Schull
As the Apostle Paul continues in this letter to the Corinthians, his main aim is to coach and encourage these followers of Jesus (and us too) toward the better way of Jesus. As he continues to respond to some inquiries from them and reports he’s receiving, he addresses their gatherings. Paul calls them to not let divisiveness play out in the way they gather together for worship. We’re to let our worship be guided by the example of Christ. The better way of Jesus transforms not only how we worship God, but how we treat the people worshiping beside us.
